Lice... The one gift mom's don't want for Mothers Day!

Calling all Dad's out there this is your reminder that Mother's Day is fast approaching! Let's do all those moms a favor and check the kids for head lice this weekend! This is the crown of the head, the forehead, nape of the neck and behind the ears. Look for small tan eggs (nits) on the hair that don't move when you flick them with your finger. Next, check the back of the neck right below the hairline. Do you see any bite marks or red itchy patches? Finally, if you suspect lice may be present do yourself a favor and buy a Terminator Lice comb. You can get this comb easily from a local Walmart, CVS or Target. Run the comb through damp, untangled hair a few times and wipe it on a paper towel. Do you see nits? Even worse, do you see lice?
