Severe infestations/Coarse hair/Extremely curly   $35.00 up-charge

This hair is very difficult to comb and can easily break in a lice comb. We take our time to prevent breakage and remove all nits. Severe cases require more time. You will be informed prior to the start of

services the anticipated treatment cost.

DCPP & Medicaid recipient rates: Must show proof of current insurance. Must bring birth certificate and state issued identification.   DCPP foster parents must bring pre-approval statement to appointment.

IN-HOME LICE FEES

​

$185.00 FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS OF SERVICE. 

 Depending on your lice infestation we can usually treat a family of 4-5 in two hours. That is                      typically with three mild and one moderate to severe treatment.  

 

$90.00 per hour in excess of 2 hours and you will be billed in 15 minute increments to save costs.
